ArchiveSocial provides a social media archiving solution that helps federal, state, and local governments meet important compliance and legal requirements. The platform automates record keeping from social networks including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and indexes all data online for quick access
and audit-ability.


With a couple years of sales operations under its belt, ArchiveSocial wanted to ramp marketing / sales efforts in 2014. Previously, the company had tried to drive growth using purchased lists, developing lists using Mechanical Turk, and working with an outsourced cold calling company. With so many moving parts at the top of the funnel, ArchiveSocial VP Sales Adam Tury and his team were looking for ways to drive down cost per lead, eliminate ineffective marketing channels, and simplify its sales development process.


ArchiveSocial enlisted RevBoss to provide an outsourced sales development function. RevBoss helped the company significantly increase prospecting velocity, sourcing and contacting an average 800 net new government agency prospects per month across a variety of geographies, market segments, and job functions.

RevBoss also created custom messaging for each segment, using a variety of personalization tactics — including merge fields for each prospect’s local public records legal statute name / number and geo-targeted reference clients.

Since beginning an engagement in May 2014, RevBoss has booked 86 total meetings as of 1 September 2014. These 86 meetings have lead to $2,000+ in new MRR with an extremely high customer lifetime value and a growing pipeline of opportunities.
