Offering a solutions-based strategy, every deal for Textivia is uniquely different and individually structured. Regardless of successful efforts from their sales team, each deal ultimately required hands-on involvement from both CEO, Chris Baumgarden and COO, Neal Maier.
Since they were already so heavily involved in the sales process, Chris and Neal stopped filling BDR/SDR roles. And while they were successful for a few months, running off of inbound and organic leads, they eventually realized a need for more volume and predictability.
